We select our partners carefully—based on need, strength of story, access and ability to effectively use the materials provided.
Think your organization might be a good fit? Here are some important details.
For us, a good story is all it takes. Heartwarming or heartbreaking, we cover a wide range of issues and work with our partners closely to advance their missions. But we do have a few rules. The application must be submitted on behalf of a charitable organization. If the organization operates in the United States, it must be a registered 501(c)(3).
We cover projects almost anywhere—from our neighborhood in Washington, D.C. to halfway around the globe.
We create documentary style projects that take time to plan and execute thoughtfully. This application is the beginning of that process. Depending on the scope of the final projects selected, expect that your project will take several months to complete. Specific timelines will be determined by Positive Exposures and the selected organizations, but don’t get too worried we’ve been told we’re fun to have around.
The Bottom Line
Now that the details are out of the way, our projects really boil down to one thing: helping emerging charitable organizations show the world the amazing things they do. So, tell us a little about your work, your passion and the big, hairy monster of a problem you’re facing. We can help.
